after shooting a wedding (clients comments!)
Thank you very much for photographing our Wedding. We have had so many lovely comments about you from our guests. You are
a great photographer, and my girlie's loved you! We were very lucky to have you, and it completed our theme of relaxed and casual.
The photos were fantastic, and we did what you said, we had a glass of bubbly and a quiet, dark room. We didn't need tissues as it was so
lovely to see everything. We all (including George) enjoyed reliving the day. There were so many photos that Dave & I didn't know about, it was
great to have surprises. And talking of surprises, how on earth did you get the "Heart" photo so perfect?! We can't wait to show everyone!
We are so glad we never had the "Normal" style "Formal" photos, it was exactly as we dreamt the day to be, and what we both wanted. We've both had the "Normal" White Wedding
before, and although we enjoyed those days, at the time, nothing actually could beat this for us!

client comment after delevering a wedding album
Hi Matt,
Thanks so much for dropping our beautiful book off today,it was definitely worth waiting for.The quality & shots are amazing!
You are so right, this is a book we will treasure forever.
I was going to watch the DVD's this evening with Simon but I couldn't wait & I've been looking at everything all afternoon.
The film footage is fantastic, the ceremony, speeches, first dance......absolutely wonderful to keep.(I even caught my dad wiping a tear away, which I never would have known about!).
I can't wait to show Simon later.
Thank you so much for everything you have done, you've been a real star and you certainly haven't heard the last from us.
Take care for now & we'll be in touch to order some individual prints.
Kellie

And the story continues
And the story continues!
I thought I would let anyone who sees this blog see what I have been up to and hear of some recent successes.
As you may or may not know I love photography...no really, I love it, even the bits that I don’t want to do I enjoy! But of late I have had the pleasure of shooting Sunrise festival again only to find out that my shots from last year were used extensively to promote this year’s festival, not only on the website but in ‘Rising’ magazine in several parts of the publication, not only that but my shot featured in The Independent Guide to Summer festivals as the Cover Shot!
Amazing and very flattering.
In addition I had a shoot with a School of Children moving up a year and received a very complimentary email requesting 42 copies of the group shot from the Teachers!
My Pet Portraits session was ok at the Sevenoaks Garden centre and that was featured in the Sevenoaks Chronicle with the winning entry
Tonight is a Masonic event where I am shooting and printing on site so reading this you will have an idea of how varied my work can be.
Oh and finally I have just made my first ever 16x12 woodblock print of a horse and rider, it looks amazing and I can’t wait to deliver the items to the client, they will be quite emotional I think as unfortunately the shot was taken over a year ago at a showing show at Poll Hill Riding centre and two weeks after the shot was taken the Horse unfortunately passed away, it was then a year later a friend of the rider found the gallery that the rider never realised was there.
So if you’re looking for portrait work, wedding photography in Kent or London, Event photography in Kent or London, Studio photography well anything really then please feel free to contact me
Bye for now

photography in and around Kent and London
Well the last 7 days has seen an amazing amount of activity, this is how it reads, Wednesday through to Saturday morning 3.30am shoot Sunrise festival where I found out they used my shots to promote this year’s event on the website, the magazine and in the Independent guide to festivals, once back download 30 gig of images recharge batteries, sleep for 3 hours, get up and shoot a wedding for 11 hours, get back download, charge batteries, sleep for a few hours, up shoot jumping at Poll Hill, get back, download, charge batteries, eat! Wow, sleep; get up 6am to shoot two horses being turned out as a present for an unsuspecting partner, then a marathon edit of 2500 shots!
Take a deep breath, shoot a £20,000 wedding ring, shoot bottle shots for Hansell Design in Sevenoaks, unfortunately tripped in the studio over the data cable connecting my camera to the laptop and pulled it over breaking the link in the camera so I guess the bill will equal what I earn this week, a little annoying I must admit, but I still love my job, to anyone thinking of getting into this, it’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle, to those who think it’s easy now everything is digital, is it easy to get around London now you have a car? This is the best analogy I can think of...
